I enjoyed looking at the new spring looks from Kate Spade. I have seen the clothing before on preview sites but I like the way KS has put together outfits that look fun, unique and feminine. I chose a few of my favs to show you. Visit katespade.com to see more of the collection. I am going to let these be the inspiration for my spring wardrobe. I’m headed to my closet to see what I already have that will have this same vibe!!!

Mark and I are going on an afternoon date this Sunday to the Houston Symphony at Jones Hall. I had to get a dress for the occasion, of course. It is black which is fitting for the Symphony and Kate Spade which is fitting for me! I am going to wear black heels and add hot pink tights if the weather is cooler. All I need is to decide is what sweater/jacket/wrap I am going to wear because Jones Hall is like a freezer. I should probably bring a blanket instead of a sweater but that wouldn’t be glamorous, would it? I am going to wear this dress to church in the morning on Sunday so I may opt for my little black cardigan that I can carry along and use when needed.
This dress is from the holiday collection but it has so much spring appeal I had to blog about it. I am all about year round dresses since moving to Texas with it’s milder climate. This dress is perfect for Texas in every season! The lace is beautiful and so vintage inspired! I just love the ribbon at the neckline and the A-line cut of the dress. While I do not own this dress at present, I plan on scooping it up when it goes on sale. If not, at least I can dream about it for a little while. Look at katespade.com to see the up close and personal view of this super dress.
